IntegratorMap is live: find an Ohio automation integrator in a few clicks

· Bryan

If you've ever had to find a system integrator for a line upgrade, a retrofit, or a robot cell, you know how it usually goes. You ask around, dig through old business cards, and hope somebody knows somebody. IntegratorMap is meant to make that easier.

What it is. IntegratorMap (https://integratormap.com) is a free, vendor-neutral directory of industrial automation system integrators in Ohio. It launched on October 26 with 76 integrators across Northeast, Northwest, Central, and Southwest Ohio.

How to use it. You can filter by region, metro, service type, industry, and the manufacturers an integrator works with. Rockwell/Allen-Bradley shows up on 36 listings, Siemens on 28, FANUC on 24, and Yaskawa on 15. Every manufacturer tag links back to the public page it came from, so you can check it yourself.

Reviews you can trust. Customer reviews are moderated, and none are fake or seeded. If you've worked with one of these shops, a short honest review helps the next engineer.

For integrators. If your company is listed, you can claim the listing and keep it accurate. If you're missing, you can add yourself. There's also a report and takedown option if something's wrong.

New products worth a look

Here are a few launches from the past couple of months that could show up in your next spec or retrofit. Each one links to its source.

Drives and motion

PLCs and controllers

Robotics

Safety and vision

Lots of vendors save their big reveals for the SPS trade show (Nov 24 to 26), so next month's issue should have more.

What's next. We're adding email verification for reviewers and more Ohio listings, then featured listings and sponsor slots, and after that other states.

If you know a plant engineer or maintenance manager who's hunting for an integrator, pass this along. Questions or corrections go to [email protected].

Thanks,
Bryan
