Review guidelines
Reviews help other engineers choose an integrator. To keep them useful and fair:
- First-hand only. Review only a project you or your team worked on directly with the integrator. No second-hand or rumored accounts.
- Factual and specific. Describe what happened: scope, schedule, communication, documentation, commissioning and support. Label opinions as opinions.
- No personal attacks. No insults, harassment, discrimination or naming of individual employees in a negative way.
- No confidential information. Leave out pricing under NDA, proprietary code, security details and safety-sensitive specifics.
- No conflicts of interest. Do not review your own company, a competitor, or a firm that paid or rewarded you for the review.
- Work email required. Every reviewer gives a company email address; free webmail is not accepted. Moderators can see the email domain, and we may contact you to confirm the review. Your name, company and email are never published. Reviews whose email has not been confirmed are labeled "email not verified."
Moderation
Every review is held until a moderator approves it. We may reject reviews that break these guidelines. We do not edit what a review says, and we never remove a review just because it is negative. We do not publish rankings.
Integrator responses
An integrator that has claimed its listing may post one public response to each review. Responses follow the same guidelines.
